We want you to have the best experiences at our golf courses and clubs. Here’s everything you need to know about booking tee times, group play, bringing guests and friends, dining and how to enjoy our beautiful courses in Rankin and Madison Counties, Mississippi. At Randy Watkins Golf Group, you’re more than a member, you’re family.
What is the Dress Code?
Proper golf attire is required at all times for all players and riders. This includes both collared and/or tailored collarless shirts for men and recognized golf fashion for women. T-shirts, swim attire, tank tops, and cut-offs are not allowed. Golf shoes with soft spikes or athletic shoes are required to play the course and facilities.
Do you offer group and private golf instruction?
Yes. We offer both group and private golf instruction along with playing lessons from some of the top golf professionals in Mississippi. Check out our lessons page for details.
Do you accept group play, tournaments and charity golf outings?
We do accept non-member group play and golf outings, including tournaments, charity golf events, company and organization outings and even family and class reunions. Visit our Tournaments page for more details.
Should I call ahead for a tee time and how far in advance can I book a tee time?
You should always call ahead to book your tee time. Members may book tee times 2 days in advance.
Are you a private or public course?
Both Lake Caroline and Whisper Lake are private golf clubs while Patrick Farms is semi-private. Check out our Membership page for details and benefits.
Can non-members play?
At Lake Caroline and Whisper Lake, a non-member may play as a guest of a member. If the member cannot play, then he/she must set up the tee time for his/her guest. Since Patrick Farms is semi-private, guest and public play is allowed without a member playing or setting up the tee time.
Are the driving ranges open to the public?
You must be a member to use the driving range at Lake Caroline and Whisper Lake. The driving range at Patrick Farms is open to the public.
Can we bring our own food and beverages to the course?
Outside food and beverage is not allowed at any of our courses. All food and drink must be purchased at the course. The Grill serves casual, golf ready fare, including wraps, melts, burgers, salads and appetizers, as well as sodas and beer. And you can always grab something fast to go.
Can kids play?
Yes! Junior golfers are welcome at all of our courses. All juniors under the age of 16 ride for free while accompanying by a parent.
What are the hours of operation?
During daylight savings, the hours of operation are 6:30am – 6:30pm. Once daylight savings ends, the pro shop hours will adjust according to darkness. Both Patrick Farms and Whisper Lake are closed on Mondays. Lake Caroline is closed on Tuesdays.
What are your guest rates?
Guest rates range from $30 – $65 depending on what day of the week it is, time of day and course you are playing. Guest rates do include cart fees. Please call the Pro Shop to determine specific rates.
